Heel Services
Heel disposal is one of the services in DEPOT that can be added to a Yardorder and be related to other services. This module assist in preparation of the heel activities and the administrative actions. Heel orders contain a customer, customer reference, entity and department, which are set to convenient defaults. There is an option to check outsourcing and has a WasteStream, which is a contract with a disposal company.
It is possible to estimate the quantity costs for disposal, pickup or redelivery. The customer can then authorise the estimate which can be administrated by authorisation date and referencenumber. The actual work can be executed.
Dates determine the status, so there is a controlled overview of all related activities as drumming and disposal.
