The Gate in/Gate out announcement can be processed by the drivers themselves in the Driver Kiosk. With the different language options in the Driver Kiosk, this can be done easily, and the input is automatically saved into DEPOT Software as a Yard Order. The Driver Kiosk will diminish the workload of the employee behind the desk and decrease the frustration of a language barrier.
Digitally register information
The driver can announce his/her own arrival and this information is automatically processed into DEPOT Software. Therefore, the driver is no longer dependent on an employee to fill in all the data.

Before the digital era it was a standard procedure to go to the desk and inform the person behind the desk about your visit. Is it a drop off or a pickup? All the information had to be delivered mouth to mouth and processed onto a paper.
But nowadays this process can be shortened and done more accurate by using the Depot Driver Kiosk. The driver goes to the monitor, and enters if he or she is there for a drop off, a cleaning, a repair or a pickup.
He or she fills in the name of the company, license plate, and all other necessary information such as what kind of product is in the different compartments and what was in there the previous times.
When something cannot be processed, the driver will see a message in the screen, saying - Please report to the desk -.
If everything is fine, the information is transferred into an yard order and the necessary documents will be printed for the driver.
The same goes for a pickup, if all data is filled in correctly a message will be send out that the driver is waiting for his equipment so further actions can be taken.
