A container fleet catalog can be used for lease & sales. Last known depot tracking and container components tracking (which spare parts were used).

Also M&R order tracking for lessor, testing to keep track of incoming PDF files and periodic signals such as 2,5 or 5 year tests, or others and update testing status based on reports by depots.

The sales catalog gives the possibility to add container details. Think about capacity, container types and (technical) container details. Based on the container information sales quotes can be created & tracked. Final sales orders can be made and invoiced. Release forms can be dated and printed.
