Depot Software repair module supports all of the tank container domain a scenarios. It has the ability to define multiple code fields, each with different code values. Then groups of these fields can be assigned to a specific fleet owner.
During the day-to-day work with the DEPOT Software repair module, an estimator can add repair action lines to estimates for different customers. Each line that is added to an estimate contains a field to enter a manual description, and fields for each of the defined code sets. The DEPOT Software repair module also contains a repair line library and repair line template subsystem.
The visibility of each code field, or any additional required fields (think Seaco) and whether entering a value in a field is required, can be configured per fleet owner. Each code field can show the predefined code values as a dropdown field.
In most cases the code value must be selected from the dropdown list, but also manual entry can be allowed to accommodate specific scenarios. Required fields must be entered before the estimator is allowed to either print, send or digitally upload a finished estimate to a customer.
Spare Parts are frequently sold through M&R orders.
