With the DEPOT for Mobile signature module, it will take away the inconvenience of confirming a gate check has been finished by paper trail. But while working or leaving the spot, your employee can sign off the order to continue the process of the tank container.

To preview a document from DEPOT Software on a mobile device, add a name and signature to sign off on a cleaning. And upload all information on the eECD.
Sign digitally
It is an easier and faster way to enable your employee to sign off on an order.
If for some reason it is not correct, the actor can still reject the signature and modify the order.
DEPOT For Mobile – Signatures – Handling
With DEPOT for Mobile it is possible when finishing an order to sign via a mobile device. The gate checklist could have a signature once the process is finished, with the Depot for Mobile – signature module, this is an option.
After finishing an order, DEPOT Software shows an order summary where some signatures may be required and/or obligated. The gate employee checks the order data once it is marked in DEPOT Software, fill in his/her name and adds a signature. It is even possible to add a signature in advance and add the prefilled signature on the PDF, which will be less time consuming for the employee.
