It is an easier and faster way to enable you employee to sign off on an order.
Reject and modify
If for some reason it is not correct, the actor can still reject the signature and modify the order. Which will cause a re-send of the signature request to the assigned employee. So the manager still holds the ability to check if everything is correct.
Preview a document
To preview a document from Depot Software on a mobile device, add a name and signature to sign off on a cleaning. And upload all information on the eECD.

In Depot for Mobile it is possible to see a PDF preview of a document loaded in Depot Software. The eECD needs to have a signature once the process it finished, with Depot for Mobile – signature module we offer this option.
You employee in the terminal can view the PDF, once it is marked in Depot Software and fill in their name and add a signature to the eECD.
It is even possible to add a signature in advanced and add the prefilled signature on the PDF, which will be less time consuming for the employee.
