DEPOT Customer Portal
The DEPOT Customer Portal provides the option to keep a good overview for you customer. In the portal they can see finished cleanings of the last months and the cleaning orders that are working on. Furthermore, the invoice attached to this cleaning can be viewed in the Portal.
By using the DEPOT Customer Portal the communication with the customer can be easier, by enabling the information in the portal and not needing to send the data manual via Depot or confirming information via phone.
It will also enable the option to fill in a pre-announcement by the customer with all necessary cleaning information. To prevent missing or incorrect information being processed at the desk or at the driver kiosk.
It will also be possible to cancel these filled in pre-announcements.
And you might not want to use DEPOT Customer Portal for all your customers, but for a selected few.
You oversee who will use the portal and who does not.
