Batches

With DEPOT Software Batches It is possible to quickly add multiple similar orders as pre-announcements (expected yard orders).  

Orders can be imported based on an Excel template with order data (customer, owner, references, transport unit info, etc.). When imported, there will be a validation on the equipment number, first free text or containernumber. 

It is not necessary to import an Excel sheet. There can be added multiple orders manually and when entering a validation on the equipment number, first free text or containernumber will be executed immediately. 

The second step is the selection of the workflow template. This workflow template that can be pre-configured to contain specific services with specific detailed actions and prices.  

the last step is to create all orders at once. Generated orders are accessible from the batch order. Various batch operations can be executed at once on the whole set of orders. 

This means the possibility to add information and print related documents.
