Vlog Charlotte #8 — M&R

In this vlog, Charlotte will tell you more about the M&R (Maintenance & Repair) module. The M&R module enables you to:

 

  • Further adapt the order if neccesary.
  • View all documents, email them (or send them via EDI), let them be approved, and print them.
  • Scan the final documents again with the Document OCR, save them with the order, and make them available to your customers.
  • Manage pricelists: this way, invoices can be calculated automatically.
  • Pricing agreements per customer, per repair item, per repair item group.
  • Set price-agreements that you made with your customers.
